In this picture there is a preconstucted exterior door that is framed into the existing stud wall.
It is easy to identify the common studs aligning the wall (floor to ceiling), the trimmer studs which butt the door, and the king studs which are attatched to the trimmer studs, ontop of the door are criple studs which would connect the door to the top plate
Trusses are not only used in roofs, they can also be used in floors and are convenient for mechanical and electrical equipment. The main truss is intersected by the bridging trusses which connect the trusses and loads. Trusses are also easiser to erect.

The interior wall elevation shows the studs lining the wall. The picture also shows the framing of the floor above : the floor joists intersect/are supported by the rim joist that rest ontop of the top plate (Which the studs are connected to). Throughout the building there are support posts of I-beams that help carry the load of the floors to the foundation.
