The picture shows the steel studs that line and support the interior walls/ceilings, the studs are evenly spaced and on top is the top plate.


The sheathing of the walls is shown in this picture, the sheathing was applied to the studs of the wall, and eventually a brick facade will be put up. The sheathing is covered in Typar Housewrap which acts as an air and moisture barrier, but allows water vapor to leave the house.





Description: The roof is being put up on top of the walls which are covered with sheathing (and temporarily covered from rain etc... until the exterior bricks are added). The picture shows the rake and eave and shows the rafters inside that are attatched to the sheathing of the roof.
